Cookie Policy
Version 2.0 · Last updated: 27 October 2026 · Albion Wealth Services, Ltd
Albion Assistant uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the panel to work and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Some are essential for signing in and staying signed in; others remember preferences such as your language.
2. Which cookies we use
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
Sign-in session (sb-…-auth-token, managed by Supabase Auth) | Keeping you signed in and protecting your account. Shared across the albionassistant.com subdomains. | Strictly necessary (first party) | Session / until you sign out |
Language (albion_locale) | Remembering the interface language you have chosen. | Preferences (first party) | 1 year |
| Administration access | Only for Albion staff in the back office. It is not set for customers. | Strictly necessary (first party) | Session |
The panel may also use your browser’s local storage to remember which sections of the side menu you have expanded. It contains none of your content.
3. Third-party cookies
When you sign in with Google, connect external services or pay through Revolut’s checkout, those providers may set their own cookies on their pages, which are governed by their own policies. Connections with Google, Microsoft or Xero use a signed state parameter in the URL (not a cookie) to prevent request forgery. When you sign up with Meta/WhatsApp (registering a WhatsApp Business number), Meta may set cookies in its sign-up window.
4. Consent and how to manage cookies
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent (Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI, the ePrivacy Directive and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations). If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent before turning them on. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you block the necessary ones, you will not be able to sign in.
